What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays. During the off-season, we may reduce our opening hours. Check our website or call us for the most up-to-date information.

Do I need a reservation for rentals?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability, especially during the busy summer months.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Are there any age restrictions for renting equipment?

Yes, renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license to rent golf carts, and at least 18 years old for e-bikes, electric scooters, surfboards and paddleboards. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. All additional drivers for golf cart rentals must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Do you offer delivery and pick-up services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details and to arrange a convenient time.

What is your cancellation policy?

For golf cart rentals, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund. We also offer a late cancellation option for an additional fee that allows cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. For other equipment, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental period will incur a fee.

Can I rent equipment for multiple days?

Absolutely! We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates. The longer you rent, the more you save.
